She was always there for me during the birth, very encouraging the whole time and supportive but never pushy and never did anything without our consent. She helped answer all my questions and was very patient with us as it was our first birth. Kristen also came to our house during early labor and she was very encouraging and supportive – they were both exactly what we wanted in a doula! Highly recommend!”
